Goins documents their history from Hancock County back to North
Carolina and Virginia. Many family stories are sprinkled throughout. He
thoroughly studies the Goinses and Minors, adding additional
information in special sections on the Arrington, Bledsoe, England,
Fisher, Hurd, Johnsons, Lawson, Riddle, Roller, Vanzant, and Wallen
families. A substantial chapter deals with the Sizemores and the real
story of "Wild Bill" Sizemore (1833-1867).This volume has document
